Marie is a passionate French filmmaker based in Naarm/Melbourne and Creative Director behind PANPAN.

She began her film journey at the esteemed ESEC in Paris where she graduated Film Production before relocating to Australia. Marie favours a genuine documentarist’s approach to her work, acting as an observer and listening closely to the voice of her subjects. She masterfully ensures authenticity is the central pillar of her directing approach, yielding beautifully honest and visually stunning films.

Set on a hillside in Birregurra, Victoria, Brae is a restaurant, guest suites and working organic farm – a place to be immersed in nature and eat from the land. An ever-changing set menu incorporates produce from Brae Farm, the surrounding land and local, ethical, sustainable producers to showcase a unique Australian cuisine built on an immense respect for nature and seasonality.
